UNDERPIN, a project under the EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change for its focus on measuring climate adaptation effectiveness through outcome monitoring, evaluation, and learning has released its first edition newsletter, The Resilience Compass, after one year of collaboration.

This newsletter shares updates from the project’s work, including contribution at the European Geosciences Union General Assembly, the Community-based Adaptation Conference (CBA20) in Manila, the European Urban Resilience Forum 2026 (EURESFO). In addition, we share information about the four pilot regions who will validate UNDERPIN’s work, namely the development of a MEL framework, outcome indicators, and a user-friendly, AI-driven dashboard.
